His career spans some of the country’s biggest brands, from TVNZ and MediaWorks to Spark, and navigating massive shifts in media and telecommunications. Since taking the reins at One New Zealand in 2018, Paris has guided the company through a rebrand, digital transformation, and investment in cutting-edge mobile and broadband technology, which now includes the AI revolution.

Beyond the boardroom, Paris is a passionate advocate for community and culture, serving on the board of Ngāi Tahu Holdings and previously with Make-A-Wish NZ. A proud Southlander and sports fan, especially the mighty One NZ Warriors, Jason is redefining what it means to stay connected.
