What is RPM?

Revved Peer Membership is a place to navigate the complexity of modern leadership, access diverse critical thinking, and gain depth and insight from your peers and guest experts.

At the core is your forum: eight peers operating at the same stage, with shared ambition. Every forum is an opportunity to test a proposition, work through a situation you cannot untangle alone, or name the uncertainty holding you back. Seven people work it through with you, under Chatham House rules.

Over the 12 months your group will:
- Keep you accountable
- Champion your growth and evolution
- Act as an advisory board
- Form a close and trusted community

Who it’s for

Messy middle

Past start-up, not yet stable. Navigating growth, cashflow and operational systems.

Growth stage founder

Established business with strong growth ambitions. The opportunities are real and so are the growing pains.

Senior Executive

The growth is real, and so are the growing pains. Systems, hiring, funding, transformation.

Established owners and senior leaders

Established business or corporate. Governance, succession, leading through uncertainty and transforming a business.

Groups will be built around applicants, the above are to act as a guide.
