One day, one room, one defining theme. 800 founders, CEOs and senior leaders came together for Revved 2026, the second chapter of a system built to extend far beyond a single day.

Engineering Change was not a theme. It was a directive. Nine sessions built one argument: the future of Aotearoa New Zealand is something we choose to engineer. The room held the leaders responsible for consequential decisions, and created the conditions for focused, decision-led exchange.
