RPM is eight leaders, matched by stage, in the same room for ten months. You bring what you're working through, seven people in equivalent roles help you work it out. Plus cohort learning lunches, and curated dinner experiences with leaders from our community, or the ones whose thinking we need in the room. Change is coming whether we're ready or not, and it's easy to feel like you're carrying it alone, especially when leading through uncertainty. There are 64 founding places, which will be applied for and curated based on stage and ambition.
