Stephen is a GM/VP of Engineering at Xero, Co-Founder of Ahiko.nz (a NZ AI native electricity platform) and an Investor in NZ software businesses.

Stephen is an experienced technology leader with hands-on software engineering skills and has practical experience building resilient, high performing teams across the globe.

Prior to Xero, Stephen spent 20 years working on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley, leading their global Foreign Exchange High Frequency Trading technology.  

Educated at Imperial College London, Stephen holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science.
